You swim every week—but you've probably never seen what your stroke actually looks like above and below the water. That's often where the biggest opportunities for improvement are hiding.
During your session, I'll film your stroke from multiple angles, then sit down with you to review the video together. You'll learn what's working, what's holding you back, and—more importantly—why. You'll leave with a personalized set of drills and a clear plan for what to focus on the next time you get in the pool.
No setting up your own camera. No awkward self-filming. No sending your video to a coach you've never met. Just one-on-one coaching, immediate feedback, and a better understanding of your stroke.
WHAT’S INCLUDED
Personal video analysis — \You'll get video of the stroke of your choice from every angle, above and below water. I'll show you what's working, what needs work, and the exact drills to fix it.
One on one time with Matt — Each slot is 30 minutes. I’ll record your swimming, then we’ll watch it together on the spot, so you can ask questions and get answers in real time.

This small-group clinic is limited to just 16 swimmers so Matt can get to know every swimmer, observe every stroke, and provide the kind of personalized coaching that's difficult to find in a larger group setting. Rather than trying to cover everything, each clinic focuses deeply on a single stroke, helping swimmers understand not just what to change, but why it works and how to continue improving long after the clinic ends.

In-water coaching — Two hours of live, personalized instruction from Davis Aquatic Masters CEO and Head Coach Matt Z in a small group setting of no more than 16 swimmers.
Personal video analysis— Every swimmer receives a video analysis of their stroke to keep — so the coaching doesn't stop when you leave the pool deck.
