Choose the stroke you want to work on and submit a short video before your session. Once you book, you'll receive specific filming tips from Matt so he gets exactly the angles he needs.

Matt analyzes your video
Matt watches your footage closely, identifying exactly what's happening with your technique and building a personalized set of notes and recommendations specific to your swimming.

Talk it through together
You'll hop on a 30-minute recorded call with Matt to walk through his findings. Ask every question you have, dig into the details, and leave with a clear plan for what to work on next.

Keep the recording
The call is recorded and the file is yours to keep — so you can revisit it at the pool as your swimming improves.
